I was feeling horrible.End of day arrived about 30mins before they closed. So happy I was still able to be seen. Easy checkin at the Kiosk. NP Jessica is always so attentive and takes the time to listen to your concerns. The provider and staff always provide compassionate customer service. When you’re feeling sick their pleasant demeanors go along way and make you feel a little better. Great place to go for quality care.I would definitely recommend this Provider Jessica Godwin. The clinic is very clean and her staff is awesome. Thanks again.

Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

They open at 2:00, but no one opened the doors until 2:20. Still, I had pre-registered and got taken back quickly. Top notch staff who were very personable, efficient, and very friendly. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Staff and facility were great.  The check in process could be streamlined.  The kiosk was ok.  However, I then had to finish the check by iPhone.  The first few steps were ok although repetitive from the kiosk.  Step 5 regarding insurance should be modified to allow bypassing if insurance is already on file.  Also, if already completed from prior visits, emergency contact and privacy steps should also be prefilled or give option to bypass.   Again, the staff was great!!  Eddie Ross
