Urgent care
Lab testing
The MA that took my vitals was very cold. She asked what brought me in for my visit and when I told her neck pain due to visiting my sister in the hospital who passed away, she continued to quickly ask me questions with no condolences. She was obviously going so fast that she even got the pharmacy that I gave her wrong. Not only did I feel no compassion from this Ma but I also had to go out of my way to pick up my prescription.

I saw Dr. Alvarado at Carbon Urgent Care. He’s amazing! In fact, I prefer care at Carbon more than I do my primary care doctor. The staff is friendly, the care is excellent and the facility if very clean. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Carbon is easily accessible, even for older women. They’ve been kind, practical, and helpful in their explanations. It seems like I’ve had a small bunch of nigglylittle health issues. They’ve listened, asked good questions& told me what they thought was going on. So far, so good.
