Went to AFC Urgent Care in Spring Hill I was a walk in. Have been having issues with my left ear. Have been getting sharp pains in my ear. They looked in my ear and told me my ear was ruptured. They put me on medication. Was told it should repair it self. But if not improving in 3 days have to go to ear nose and throat doctor. Yes I would recommend this provider. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

The staff was very professional and attentive. My only recommendation is that patients be able to schedule an appointment at the front desk, whYou have to take pictures and load your information on your phone before securing an appointment. Reception suggested to several patients they should step outside if they had poor internet service on their phone. If this is a requirement, then I highly suggest the Clinic should provide "guest internet" An additional concern and suggestion was for elderly, and/or patients that aren't smart phone savy be able to schedule an appointment with the receptionist, which didn't appear to be an option per reception.
