So after recently finding out my niece had tested positive for the flu about a week before our Thanksgiving dinner & my nephew testing positive for strep a couple of days before as well & myself feeling pretty rough for a couple of days with it getting progressively worse each day I decided I needed to see a Dr. Needless to say I was almost certain I had one if not both & since I have 2 Elementary school children myself I didn't want to take the chance of them getting sick as well. Since I had taken both of my kids here before I decided to go myself especially knowing they accepted my insurance. When I arrived there were only three people in front of me and I didn't have to wait very long thankfully. The only thing is that it would be more convenient to have the check-in kiosk somewhere other than at the very front desk where other people may be talking to the receptionist. Or maybe having a second check-in kiosk for someone else to access in case there's someone at the front talking to whoever's behind the desk. Was taken back and quickly put in a room and tested for strep and the flu. And within maybe 10-15 minutes the nurse practitioner came in letting me know the results of my tests and checking over the other necessary things that needed to checked. She was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful and giving me resources to find a PCP in the area and quickly called in the necessary medications I needed to the pharmacy that I get my medication at. Definitely will be back if needed in the future.
