Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Very busy location and was unable to secure an appointment on Friday or Saturday due to high volume. The person at the desk who assisted me on Friday was very kind and helpful, looking into locations that might be able to see me that day and informing me that if I come in at opening on Saturday, I can get a walk in spot. The people at the desk who assisted me on Saturday, when I was able to get a walk in appointment, were also kind, helpful, fast, and efficient. The doctor and nurse were also kind and respectful. I feel like they did a great job helping me with an injury and walking me through the L&I worker's comp process, which was new to me. They answered any questions I had.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

There was just one and it was a big one, mess up, and that was the person who set my Pharmacy order to a pharmacy that I had the last time I was in there approximately five years ago. She never asked me what Pharmacy I would like a prescription sent to and when you have to wait in line this time of the year to get a prescription that’s a problem. The first Pharmacy thought that she sent it to Utah, which was not correct so I went back to the indigo office only to find out they sent it to a different pharmacy without asking. Otherwise it was a good visit, especially the PA and his assistant.

Scheduling was super easy, I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, but check in seemed to take forever. There were 2 people in front of us and it took over 15 minutes. The appointment itself was fairly quick. When I went to pick up a prescription I had to call the office back because the dose didn’t get sent over to the pharmacy.  Overall I would definitely go back
