I’m at urgent care  Things have changed for the worse  I’m no longer coughing but new symptoms  I can’t turn my neck in any direction , so painful  Bottom of my back is hurting so much  I went to chiropractor yesterday and she adjusted the neck and upper left side of shoulder  It all started hurting about 10 and got worse through out the night  I’ve had to take an Uber because I don’t think I could even drive  Just texting with my left fore finger is painful!
