My baby woke up from a nap screaming in pain holding his ears an hour and a half before closing time. We arrived 30 minutes before they closed, said they weren’t taking anymore patients, but thankfully they were nice enough to work us in! The receptionist gave my baby a snack and a drink and they called us back within 5 minutes of sitting down. They checked him out and got medicine sent to the pharmacy, we were in and out within 30 minutes! They were all so kind and had smiling faces!

Have had healing problems with finger injury first seen at the office several weeks ago. Saw a doctor at my local clinic bit still had problems after 3 weeks of medications. My doctor couldn't see me in a timely manner and recommended I see the same doctor who originally saw me at Urgent care. I went in to the Urgent Care office and they immediately recognized me and got me in right away. The doctor changed the medication since it wasn't working and referred me to wound care at Washington Regional with a notice of critical care for quicker service. The care was efficient, friendly and very knowledgable. I would recommend anyone in need of urgent medical service to go to this location.
