This clinic has shorter than average waiting periods

Short Wait Time

Went to UC yesterday staff was friendly and very professional, struggled a bit with registration (at my age we all are not computer saby). Besides I was in a lot of pain It took me more time to register than to be seen by the Dr. I don't know where technology is trying to bring us but, while I was struggling with registration the two receptionists where entertaining each other without their cellphones.

I came here two weeks ago for strep. I tested negative with the swab and the culture also apparently came back negative (I never received a call and followed up myself). Two weeks later the sore throat returned and I have a very swollen tonsil on one side. I was prescribed a second round of antibiotics for strep, which is fine but I’m confused why I wasn’t swabbed again because as far as they know I never tested positive, and could be subjecting myself to another round of antibiotics without knowing for sure it’s strep. I’m confused on how I’m now doing two full treatments for strep with no positive diagnosis. I hope it’s not mono or something else.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
4.4(510 reviews)
Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After filling out paper work regarding sinus infections...Dr called and ask me you calling about covid testing. I said no. He said well how can i help you? It had me a bit concern he didnt know why i was calling...

Had a video consultation with Dr. Rick. He was friendly and personable. He recommended that I get covid tested and called the office ahead of my arrival 30 minutes later. The staff at the office was speedy and courteous. I was done in less than 5 minutes. Now I wait for the results...

Wanted a quick covid test. Very easy to call, schedule, and get in to get the test done. Only complaint is I was not told when the results will be in. I guess I'll callback to find out.

- Verified patient on 3/8

Needed a rapid PCR test for travel because I didn't get my original results back in time for the lab. Was able to book an appointment on their website for the same day and got my results an hour after my visit. I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs Woburn

The Chelmsford staff has been very friendly, efficient & accommodating. We have used the COVID testing opportunity several times & appreciate all they have done to make this experience as simple as possible. Bravo to all!

- Verified patient on 1/4

Waited over an hour from my appointment time which was unfortunate but understandable. The physician who I saw was extremely disappointing and did not respect my patient autonomy to receive the care that I wanted. Being someone who is in the medical field, i would never say “alright, i’m done hitting my head against the wall,” to a patient who is requesting something as simple as a COVID test. The rest of the staff inside the actual office were very friendly and caring.

I came in for a rapid COVID test so I could see my dad in hospice. When I mentioned the reason I was there, the staff was so kind and worked to get me in and out quickly. When I needed my results sent a second time, they were so helpful and sent them quickly. Thanks for making a difficult time a bit easier. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your kindness.

- Verified patient on 3/30

Needed a quick covid test. My phone call was answered by a real human. The procedure to get the test taken was explained thoroughly. Questions were answered and the test was administered quickly. All the staff, nurses and doctor were all professional, courteous and caring. I do highly recommend this service.

The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. The doctor was great and the gentleman who administered my test was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. He even brought me a lollipop!! I would highly recommend to everyone.

Great place and staff. Definitely recommend this place if you are traveling and need to get your COVID test done. Get your appointment in few days ahead and the rest is simple. Result is made available in few hours.

- Verified patient on 2/25

I used the text service to say that I was here then came in when they said I could. Then after I checked in I waited in a seat that was spaced away from other chairs until I could get tested. After that I got the test and went straight out. The person who implemented my test was friendly and helpful with their explanations.

I needed a rapid PCR COVID19 test. This was one of the few facilities that offered walk in appointments. The wait was lengthy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained everything that was going to happen and answered all questions.

- Verified patient on 1/14

I have the app but it always says that there are no appointments but when I went onto the website I was able to get right in. I only waited a 1/2 hour for a Dr. meeting and after that I could go anytime. When I got there I was the only person there and the gal that tested me came right out and was super nice

- Verified patient on 1/5

I scheduled an appointment for 8am and was not seen until after 9am, the nurse who took my Covid test was great, very friendly, quick and informative, the girl at the front desk was not very informative or friendly. Very clean facility!

- Verified patient on 2/23

Needed a Covid travel test but couldn’t find an appointment anywhere. Called ARCpoint Labs of Woburn and spoke with the receptionist. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. I got my results within about 3 hours. The wait time was short and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this office.

This was the third time that we had used AFC, and each time the ease of getting an appointment, the speed with which we get through our appointments into our testing and the friendliness of the staff go above and beyond!

- Verified patient on 2/9

Confusing that we needed to drive in the back to learn about payment procedures. Instructions to wait for a call from the doctor. Instead the health care attendant came to deliver the test. Happy about the quick results.

I was a walk-in for a Covid test on a Saturday. I didn’t see on the website that walk ins are only taken after 1:00pm. I arrived around 12:30 pm. There was no one there so I don't understand why they couldn’t take me. By 1:00 pm the waiting room began to fill up which could have been avoided. The wait wasn’t that long and the results were quick. Overall a great experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Granby Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
