I’m concerned that no one asked what meds I was taking before I was given 4 different drugs. I’m hoping nothing bad happens. I have a dr appointment with my primary care Friday to make sure. Also no side effects were discussed with me and I had serious diarrhea after. Almost went to emergency.

Two of us came in with covid symptoms.  We were told that we would have a long wait so very nice young man suggested we make an appointment and kindly did it for us. We came back and had to wait about 30 mins. Keesha was super friendly and sweet then Ken came in and was very professional and thorough. We saw another sweet friendly gal on the way out. Such a good experience. The people made all the difference, starting with the front desk. Thank you for your kindness when we were sick.

My grandson hurt his wrist during basketball practice at school and was in a lot of pain. We wanted a place that would have an Xray technician on staff to rule out a possible fracture. The staff was fantastic. Bianca is the sweetest most helpful person I have come across in a very long time. The rest of the staff was wonderful too and made sure my grandson was taken care of. We waited about 2 1/2 hrs to be seen but in all fairness to them, the place was packed with sick people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking urgent care.

Walked in off the street, filled out the paperwork, waited for a few minutes and was taken back and had my vitals taken and then put in a clean pleasant room. I barely sat down and I was immediately seen. A very nice assistant saw me and diagnosed the problem and wrote me directions and I was escorted to the door. I was told have to have a good day and I left. I would return and recommend to someone else.😊

I was able to schedule an appointment for my child with ease and no hassle. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, and the medical assistant was professional during her part of the visit. The nurse practitioner came in quickly, but my concern was that she seemed to jump to a diagnosis without examining my child thoroughly. It felt like I had to advocate for her to actually examine him before prescribing antibiotics, which was unsettling as a parent. While the process was efficient, I feel there needs to be more empathy and thoroughness in patient care. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility could be improved. They have potential, but attention to these details would make for a much better experience.
