The assistant that brought me back to the exam room could not have been more robotic, unfriendly and cold; horrible bedside manners. Fortunately this type of behavior is rare at this clinic. The front staff, checkout and Megan were 5-✰☆ great!

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

I went in for a virus and pinkeye and everyone from the front desk to the physician was so kind and helpful! Kaylan was wonderful, relatable and made an unfortunate doctor visit a little better. :) Urgent Med is my go-to and each visit is consistently great and easy!

MMR Testing helps determine whether a person is immune to these viruses, ensuring adequate protection and preventing outbreaks of these contagious diseases.

Who Should Get Tested

If you reside in Coppell, Texas, and are unsure of your immunity status to measles, mumps, and rubella, MMR Testing is recommended. This is especially important for individuals born before the MMR vaccine was widely available or those who have not received the recommended doses of the vaccine.
