This place is so close to my home! I booked online and even submitted insurance info. I got an appointment immediately, was seen promptly, tested - for covid, examined, prescribed meds and released within an hour's time. The NP was great. She took her time with me, and was very 'caring'. The MA was great, also. This will be my place to receive urgent care in the future.

Severe neck pain brought us to Urgent Care. The medical assistance was outstanding. The immediately recommended an ER visit for a CT scan for a current medical issue. After an Xray they were clear the ER was the best way forward. We did go to the ER later that afternoon by ambulance, their instance did save my partner's life. Well done. Five stars or more in our view. Thank you, highly recommended.

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

I never leave survey but I was so please with the experience I decided to do this one. So, I brought my grand daughter in for a covid test and the doctor was so helpful and considerate asking how she was feeling and looking her over that she discovered 2 ear infections. I came in expecting a quick test and to be sent on my way and I received excellent care and attention. Thank you

Thee only thing I do not like about this place is that they have people waiting to get a covid test in the same quite small lobby with those who are not as sick. The place is big enough to have them seperate. The doctor could have gave more explanation. Other than that, not too long of a wait and friendly staff for the most part. You can tell they are over worked :(

From the initial contact for scheduling an appointment for covid testing to leaving the site all staff very professional and knowledgeable. I was seen in a timely fashion and check in was quick and staff very polite. All staff with hands on in office were very kind and informative. I am very grateful to have this much needed urgent care in our community. I am a patient of university of mi and I can say Springfield urgent care in Hamburg was a positive experience as unsettling as covid testing is.

I want to Prognify for a scheduled COVID-19 test. Everything went very smoothly. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

- Verified patient on 6/6

The staff were efficient, yet respectful. I was in and out very quickly and got what I needed (i.e. a covid rapid test). My only criticism is that I was told I'd be called with my results in 15 minutes, but it was more like an hour. Not that an hour is to long to wait, but if it might take that long, don't say it will only take 15 minutes.

- Verified patient on 12/14

I arrived for a Covid test. Everything went smoothly. I was able to take the test and was finished in less than 15 minutes.

- Verified patient on 8/12

Excellent place to get a travel Covid test. They are efficient and we always got timely results for travel.

- Verified patient on 10/21

Great experience. Very caring and attentive staff. Super helpful to be able to get both rapid and PCR testing in one spot.

- Verified patient on 12/14

Even though the computer system was down when I arrived, the staff took time to ask me important questions (like allergies and meds) and complete a paper copy of the visit. I received my PCR test results in approximately 24 hours.

- Verified patient on 2/11

The professional who administered my child’s COVID tests was very kind and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a same-day rapid test. We got the results within 30 minutes. Thank you!

I went for a rapid covid test. They were extremely nice and my visit was quick. They called me with the results within a half hour. I felt very comfortable in this clinic. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I was referred to them by my son who had previously went there for the same reason.

- Verified patient on 10/17

I had an exposure to Covid19 so I needed to get tested. It was incredibly simple to get done. They were very timely and friendly. I'm not going to say the nasal swab was fun because well..... it's not. But that's not on them, they made it as easy and tolerable as possible. If I need to get tested again, I will definitely come here again.

- Verified patient on 8/20

We need urgent Covid test in order to travel overseas for a family emergency. Scheduling was a bit challenging but in house service was very efficient. I can highly recommend this establishment.

Ann Arbor Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
