I had a bad headache and sneezing and coughing that continued to get worse.  It was like the last time I had COVID.  Went in to determine if was COVID, the flu or sinus cold.  I was seen and tested for COVID, it was a severe sinus cold.  In and  out quickly.  Good visit!

Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

Oh my goodness, this place was the best! Since I had received 1 positive and one negative test back to back this week, bio Gentics was my third test in three days. I was very frustrated when I came in but they took the very best care of me and assured me they would help me get a good diagnosis. The staff was friendly and empathetic the place is clean and I was in and out so quickly despite having other patients ahead of me. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

Went in with Covid-19 systems. The Dr ordered a rapid test, which came back negative. He perscribed medicine for a virus, and assured me this was nothing serious. I wish I remembered his name. He's treated my wife before too. He seems to be a very good Dr.!!

The care was quick but effective. I know it’s not their fault but I do wish I could have been tested for flu/covid. They didn’t have any tests. I’m just questioning if my diagnosis is correct since I couldn’t be tested.

I unfortunately did not catch the name of the nice woman who administered my pcr test, but after receiving several, this by far was the best and least stressful occasion. 10 thumbs up to her for making the experience much better for me. Thank you!

This is a wonderful option for people who are unable to meet with their primary for urgent concerns. I have also utilized this urgent care office multiple times for covid testing. They are always kindly accommodating to my specific needs. The wait time was not bad at all! I expected to wait much longer as we were delayed for the appointment arrival time. With covid concerns and in need of testing they were still able to accommodate me and my s/o for testing. Cinnamon has been a great provider to us at the Springfield Urgent Care. Her bedside manner and compassionate care shines through. She explained what was going on to the best of her knowledge with the symptoms we have and has provided us with guidance and a care plan to assist in fighting off whatever cold or virus we have. It seems that she truly cares about helping people well. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to my friends, family, or even a stranger looking for local care. Receptionists were friendly and accommodating as well. It think it's been my 3rd or 4th visit there. The consistency of quality of care is impressive. I'm so happy this urgent care is available in my area as pinckney/hamburg/whitmore lake residents now have and option other that going to a hospital in Ann Arbor. Keep up the fabulous care!

Livonia Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
