My experience here was very poor. I barely was able to drive myself to get seen and cared for either COVID or Flu. After the test, the technician informed me that I had the Flu. I was offered no medication despite having massive chills, body aches, fever, and congestion. For a day and a half after the visit, I suffered with full blown symptoms. I wish I had a choice of providers that accepted my insurance plan because this clinic does not provide standardized care. Again, I was not provided any medication and suffered with symptoms for days later.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

Although I waited 3 hours to get tested, the staff was very friendly. The nurse made me feel like I was her number one priority and the doctor was very thorough and kind. It’s a tough time right now and it was a good visit.

I went for a COVID test. There were 20 people ahead of me so there was quite a wait. However, once I was called in, everything went very smoothly. The process to check in was very convenient. It’s much easier at the Elm Street facility than the main building.

The only concern I have is the Nurse practitioner asked me to have a Covid test and I agreed. The test was negative. I had bronchial symptoms and I had a fever last night of 100.0. The Covid test was negative. On her assessment she wrote “Contact with and suspected exposure to Covid 19. “ I never said I had contact with anyone with covid. I don’t even know any one with active Covid. I would like this above statement to be removed from my medical records.

I pulled up for my rapid COVID test and had to wait no more than 10 minutes for the whole thing. The staff was super friendly and explained everything in a clear and concise way. If I or someone I know needs a test I would send them here.

Although the wait time was long, the staff was supremely helpful, and kind. They were doing their best given the volume of walk ins they were dealing with. I appreciate all the staff I interacted with was trying to help speed up the time it was taking to have my covid testing done. All the women working today (November 12 at the ambassador location) are an asset to the NextCare team. Thank you!

I had an appointment, but were busy, 2 hour wait time for those without appointments. I had some wait time, but I was grateful to get in for the Covid test. Taylor Donahue did a great job of answering any questions and advising me on this Covid. Thank you.

While my wait was 2 1/2 hours to be tested for COVID… it was not the facility’s fault… simply the nature of a small facility and an overflow of clients. Once I was called , the process to be tested went swiftly and the Nurse Practitioner was extremely helpful in answering, not only my questions, but also in taking the time to check my vital signs, and offering advice to mitigate my symptoms.

The new guy did great, wait was short, receptionist was funny. Everyone seemed more concerned about the covid/strep test than what I was actually feeling. I know everyone is overworked with not enough help. I just wish a few more looks would have been taken. I am still getting worse with no relief.

I found this neighborhood pharmacy offering rapid covid testing via Google search. I'm glad I did! Lots of appointment times available, very friendly and professional staff, and convenient location. The person assisting me talked to me about possible exposure timeline and symptoms, explained the various tests and confirmed with me what I wanted, performed the tests, and called me with results promptly. Excellent service and I look forward to patronizing them for any future pharmacy needs.

Because the lab to which I'd gone for my COVID PCR test never reported my results, I had to scramble at 5 am to find a facility at which to be tested. Thankfully, the agent at American Airlines directed me to Creve Coeur Urgent Care! Dr. Alazzani was able to do a rapid antigen test as soon as I arrived and Ms. Pickens handled all of the paperwork. Thanks to them, I was still able to get to Barbados on the day intended!

Visited as a drive up customer, having made our appt the night before. Was greeted by a pair of employees who informed us what to expect and how results would be communicated. Shortly after that another tech collected the sample and told us that while the test took 15 minutes, it could take up to an hour to document the results and send the email. We were in and out in 15 minutes and received our results in an hour. Very professional, courteous and timely.

I made an appointment and used a drive-up facility for a rapid COVID-19 test. Staff was very friendly and courteous. They explained the procedure and had me in my way within minutes. My results were emailed to me after about 20 of my test. Highly recommend using Rapid MedLab.

On a Saturday morning walk in. I wanted to do the rapid Covid-19 test to make sure I was not sick. The staff was great and got me in and out. I have a virus and thankfully not the covid virus!

Very disappointed I didn’t get my results in a hour and your location was closed right after I took the covid test. My husband went 10 minutes before I did and he got his results in 45 minutes. I’m 90 minutes later and no results in any of my emails accounts and coordinating junk and spam folders.

I went in with breathing issues they took me back immediately and started testing to find what was going on. I had pneumonia which I had asked my Doctor if he thought it was that at my appointment. I have been there several times and have been satisfied with the services. BEST urgent care in the area.

I was glad to have a place to get the test. Only thing I wish I could of done was to be able to call in and get my name on the waiting list so when I drove an hour not feeling well, I would not of had to wait outside in a running car.

Incredible service. The experience made me proud of humans and what we can accomplish. My first test at the beginning of the pandemic took two weeks to get results and everyone was cranky. At Rapid Test I had the results 15 minutes after I got home. The team was incredibly efficient and super nice. Keep up the good work!

My son needed to come in for Covid rapid test. The person I spoke to was so nice! She got us all set up over the phone and he was able to get in and be seen. It was a very easy process! Thank you!

Everyone I interacted with from the express care staff to radiology and lab were fantastic. Once I was seen everything moved smoothly and all tests were performed in a timely manner. Most importantly there were updates right away on results and I was called my CT results within a hour of me returning home.

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
