Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

This was my 1st time here after I sent my husband who was not feeling well. So glad I went after having such a bad earache, but was even happier that I git NP Maria who he had. Sweet, patient and very thorugh. I do not go to doctors unless it's really bad. The staff was nice and polite. I will definitely recommend them.

Probably one of most cleanest urgent cares I’ve been in. Very easy to make an appointment, no wait time but expected to wait if I had to. The front office was very friendly and the staff in the back were just as nice. Dr. Patel was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend to go if you need to

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

My experience was great! I was able to get the test I needed and see the doctor as well. She diagnosed the problem, sent a prescription, and I was on my way. It was all handled quickly and efficiently. My thanks to all the staff there!

Overall good. I went for a Covid test. I was asked for a credit card to keep on file. Everybody I’ve known that’s been through the Covid test was never ask for a credit card to keep on file. A friend of mine who was there recently has the same health insurance I do was never asked for a credit card. So I’m kind of concerned as to why I was asked for a credit card to keep on file?

Rapid covid test within 1 minutes

- Verified patient on 2/7

Great experience making the need to be covid tested much more pleasant.

- Verified patient on 2/18

While the people and service and wait time were all wonderful, I don’t understand the reasoning behind not being able to get both a rapid and PCR Covid test in the same visit. The two tests might be needed for various reasons and we shouldn’t have to go to 2 places to get two separate tests.

WENT FOR RAPOD TEST SIGN IN ONLINE *** APT WAS OUT AND RESULTS IN A HR GREAT WORK TY

- Verified patient on 11/29

I went for a COVID rapid test. Walk-in, once registered it was a 15 minute wait in car and I got results 15 minutes after test.

- Verified patient on 8/19

A little impersonal, almost gave me the wrong covid test results twice.

- Verified patient on 9/15

Went for Covid-19 test Everyone was helpful

- Verified patient on 1/16

I was taken right away to a room where I only waited a couple of minutes for the COVID test. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

- Verified patient on 8/6

The ladies at the front were great! Polite friendly and very informative. However the Muslim lady that did the test didn't seem excited to be there nor did the African American Tech in navy blue 8.11.21. There was another African American staff person in burgundy scrubs that was also very polite friendly and accommodating.

- Verified patient on 8/11

Front desk wasn’t the most friendly but still a generally good experience, one girl was real nice and the other was not so much. However the woman who did my covid test was great! What a super nice and informative person! The doc assistant was a bit awkward with me but that happens a lot to me everywhere.

- Verified patient on 4/14

I went for a Co-Vid test for me and my daughter and they were quick and kind. They even provided a follow-up phone call when I was unable to stay for the results. I would definitely go back there again.

- Verified patient on 9/15

Everything went smoothly my only issue is that I did not receive emails for my test results as stated.

- Verified patient on 10/9

Awesome job they did taking in both my grandparents at the same time for a covid test.

- Verified patient on 4/14

I got here early in hope of being taken sooner and thats exactly what happened. As soon as I entered the extremely clean building they greated me with smiles and and a “how are you doing today” this made my day. After that they send me to my room and i take my test and leave all within 7 minutes. Overall great experience will be coming here for all my covid needs.

- Verified patient on 1/22

There was no hand sanitizer in the patient room also I don’t understand why I have to give a credit card on file when I have health insurance for a COVID-19 test

- Verified patient on 4/25

I had an appointment for the RAPID COVID-19 test but had to wait about 25 minutes. Other than the wait everything else was great! I would come again if needed and bring a book. I didn’t have WIFI my car.

- Verified patient on 2/10

Was good but disappointed that I wasn't properly informed bout tests I wanted

- Verified patient on 1/27

It was my first time visiting the Edison location and it wasn’t bad. The staff was friendly and they follow proper COVID precautions. I’ll definitely be recommending people to have their walk in COVID test done here

Edison Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
