I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

My first time here. There was some complications with my procedure. An obvious more experienced attendant had to assist so it took more time than expected. Overall, the visit was fine. Shelly

Overall, the experience was fine, especially considering I was a late walk-in. However, the waiting area definitely needs an update. The carpet should be replaced with linoleum or tile flooring for better cleanliness and to help reduce germs.

It’s always a pleasure to schedule appointments on the Solv app or as a walk-in. The check in is lengthy but that’s to be expected. After that check in is a breeze and waiting time is not long at all. The staff is always friendly and care from the providers is thorough and efficient. I would recommend AFC for family oriented care.

The front desk ladies were cold and spoke with some authority, it would be nice to have there someone who can greet and be more friendly. Thanks. The lady who took my test were super humble. Thank you

I went in for a COVID test because it is required for my job and the nurse that did my test asked if I was vaccinated. When I said I wasn’t she got an attitude with me and was unpleasant. PromptMD should assure that their staff remains impartial regardless of their personal opinions. You are meant to be professionals.

From the moment i entered, to the moment i left- i had a pleasant experience. Immediately i was greeted by Isabel, who promptly got me signed in and checked in. She made sure that i knew all the protocols and procedures for testing and receiving test results. She was excellent and so was the rest of the staff. Highly recommend.

Very efficient and although expensive it is worth it for the quality of care and attention. Pricing for CoVID testing included antigen and rapid PCR.

Chai Urgent Care is by far the BEST urgent care facility I have been too. Took my 10 year old daughter hear for a Covid 19 Test (they offer both test on site) and this place was it! Very clean, extremely friendly staff, barely a wait time and you can walk in or do same day appointments through their website/Solv App! Also they are SUPER gentle when performing the tests, my daughter had no complaints!

Went to Marin Blvd location today to get rapid testing for travel. Arrived at before 8.00 am and got in as first visitor (most likely b/c of the torrential rain). Office was clean, staff super efficient and friendly ❤️ . I was in and out within 20 min including the test results. Would recommend location for testing purposes to everyone.

I went here to get my RT-PCR test done for travel purposes. It went smooth like butter. Very well organized, we'll thought out process. Check in was on phone, so you can get that done while waiting in line. Great job, PromptMD.

I was there for COVID-19 testing on a winter Saturday morning. I was 2nd in line. At 9 am on the dot, they opened the doors and let in 1 person at a time. Sign in was electronic and paperwork was done on your phone. I waited for about 15 minutes, but a chunk of that time was spent by me filling out the paperwork online. Wait time in the patient room was maybe 2-3 minutes, and I was out of there in 3-5 minutes. Total time from when I walked in to when I walked out was 25 minutes. Very efficient; they have their process down cold.

Jersey City Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
