Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Scheduling was so easy, check in was a pleasure, the most wonderful staff, and the PA spent time with me, coming up with ways to treat my cough…I would recommend this office to everyone!!

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

I was a walk-in and came to have x-rays for an injury.  The office was busy but I was still done in a little more than an hour.  Check in was very easy and x-rays were viewable the same day for viewing.  I was very happy with my first experience here and would highly recommend.

Woke up not feeling well and was able to schedule an appointment right away with no issues. Upon arrival, I was greated politely by the staff and didn't have a long wait time before I was seen by the doctor. Facility was very clean and nice and overall experience was an A+!

What time was long but that’s only because of the holiday season. I will be going back again if I need to, high hopes.
