This clinic has shorter than average waiting periods

Short Wait Time

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

Great! They were so quick, efficient, friendly, and professional! I’m so impressed with everything from the ease of signing up , quick response, effort to accommodate to the best of their ability, speaking with the MD who is knowledgeable and understanding, was able to get us in for testing the same day , we were met by very friendly and professional nurses, the test was quick and easy and we had our results in no time ... whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars highly recommend pulse md .. and thank you to all the staff !

I got a antibody test, was timely, staff nice &were helpful when I explained I don’t have Internet to get my online visit ! Clean! They even told me how I could get my results the fastest because that was important to me👍👍👍

I’ve been to PMD in Wappingers Falls many times with my family for multiple reason. Today I came for a Covid test - and as always - staff was super friendly and courteous and never made me feel like “oh - here’s another Covid tester”. They genuinely exude concern and compassion even in these chaotic times. Everything was organized and seem less from the televisit to getting the results. Thank you!

Once you have your virtual visit. The wait time for the virtual visit is almost always super long and not at the scheduled time (at least not the last few times I’ve done it). The rest is easy. The staff is friendly. I love the drive by covid test option.

The staff I spoke with on phone and that did the test and gave results were very nice and pleasant. Only huge complaint was that the call came just shy of one and a half hours late from the scheduled 9:17. Received the intake call at 10:43. Very disappointing

I had to wait a long time for my visit to start, but the dr was very professional, friendly and thorough. The app itself isn’t that easy to use. The dr said she would send the details of my visit and the address of where my rapid test would take place, and I see none of those things

Amazing experience my 10 year old twin daughters were very scared of the covid19 test both girls were screaming and terrified however, two female staff calmed both girls and assured them it would be ok and somehow got both of the girls to take the test I was so relieved the experience was great! Thank you so much

I had a visit telephonically due to Covid and the doctor was very concerned and caring I couldn't get a hold of my own primary doctor and they kept putting me off I came here got tested I was positive the doctor was able to prescribe me something for my breathing and that really meant a lot to me being that my own doctor was not available and kept telling me that they wouldn't see me for a few weeks I recommend pulse Md The doctors are caring and the staff was excellent and this is no joke

The Telemed visit wait was a bit longer than expected but when I did speak to the provider I was impressed. I felt like I was heard. Came to wait on line for testing and that was a smooth operation. Excellent experience. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve came here twice so far for precautionary covid 19 testing as I need it to go visit my mother in law in the hospital! Thank you to ALL the staff, especially the ones working directly with people, putting themselves in the middle of possible covid and their own well-being!! Thank you thank you thank you! Without you nurses, cna, doctors and the rest of the staff, I would not be able to visit my mother in law!!!!!! You are all much appreciated!!!

The wait time was a bit long but not unexpected. The practitioner was friendly, helpful and did a good job. I was especially grateful that he added a rapid strep test along with the Covid test. Saved me another trip to the doctor. Overall good experience.

Other than the wait time from the initial phone call to the time they call to come in for testing is a bit long. It was an hour and change after the self picked time slot. I know it is crazy times but that system is not useful. U thi k that's your appointment and and an hour later u maybe seen and tested

I'm afraid that I didn't know whether the proper icons (mute symbol and video symbol) were engaged or waiting for me to engage them. I couldn't connect visually. However the woman from Pulse answered my questions and arranged for me a test. Thank you!

The NP on duty did not seem interested in my problem. I had a severe cough, fever, shortness of breath and wheezing. She ordered an antibiotic. I had to ask her for an inhaler , I thought she should have offered it as a standard for someone who obviously in distress. Everyone else was friendly and took a real interest in my health especially the tech. Who did my covid test

They did not tell me to do my virtual visit from home just 15 minutes before my test being I live 15 minutes from the site I tried doing it while on line for the test but because I didn’t have a good internet connection I was not able to complete it and they would not be test me without it. So I needed to go home then go back and wait on line all over again 3 hrs. later I finally got my rapid results, not a good experience by any means!

For covid test: waited for over 50 minutes during first video visit attempt. Got disconnected lost connection. Attempted three more times. Received a phone call telling me to call back and that was a total fail over 15 to 20 attempts to call back hitting voicemail every time. Finally got help from the testers and got a phone call to check on my medical history. Not a good experience overall.

My husband and I had to have rapid tests done. The ease of setting up an appointment and getting the test was great. Kitzi took our samples and went above and beyond to provide us info and make us feel comfortable. Will recommend this location to friends.

Went for Covid 19 testing at Wappinger's. Very apparent of what to do. Went to thornwood and mahopac first my husband. Had no idea his to get in the cue first testing. Thirnwood you had to call a certain number and mahopav you had to text your name, car, make and midrl. Each time I had to get out of the car to find out what to do. Instructions should be on the website for each location.

I am blown away by the compassionate and knowledgeable care of the person that took my video call. Then while I’m waiting to get tested and see all of these cars driving in to line up behind me, I’m floored at how hard working your staff is. This is not easy for them. I am grateful though for their service.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it.
