I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

We went in for Covid tests. Had to call ahead and make appt. They got us in soon after our appt time. The staff were all friendlt, and Mosley, the young man who took our nose swabs, was very gentle and professional. We did have issue with their lab calling with results, but called back to the main number and spoke with Brittany, who was busy but took the extra time to look on the lab computer and give us our results. Very pleased with the services overall.

This facility is very efficient and friendly. Cecilia is very confident and helpful. She treated both me and my wife in December of *** for COVID tests and we were impressed with her knowledge and service.

Dean welcomed me to the practice and was very courteous, and welcoming. Also the nurse that took my test was also. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but a very smiley face outside of the mask. Explained the procedure and anything else I needed to know. I’m a visitor from the U.K. over on business and so the test was essential to be COVID health responsible. I will definitely recommend this practice.

The staff were super nice. Everything works as quick as possible. They Came in and did a check of us after our Covid test. Told us what to do if we were still feeling bad in few days and give us some information to help my leg pain, swelling and hurting. I have been to other Urgent cares before and I really hated them and I said I would never go back to one so I was really leery about coming to this one to get my Covid test. But now I know there is a urgent care I can go to if I ever need to. Everything was super great people were friendly and I did feel comfortable there. So thank you so much for that.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

Even though I was early only had to wait a couple of minutes. All staff both on the phone and the lady that came out and did the test were all very nice. Even though I was not inside this time I have had labs etc there before and this is always where I choose to go for anything like that. Never had a bad experience and I have recommended this facility before and will continue to do so.

I was engaged by Chris who did an excellent job at handling the data for my appointment, did the test out of my car, and was very polite and engaging. I would recommend you guys to anyone.

Staff was friendly and I barely had to wait for my test. I am a self pay, computer program was down so I did not get to pay at the time of service. Was told a bill will be sent to my home.

When I hear friends’ reports from around the country, even on just having some blood taken for tests, I AM SO GLAD I LIVE IN OHIO, and Springfield particularly. They do it right, here. And all behind a mask. When I left, after maybe 20 min RT, and passed the main counter on way out, and the ladies glanced up to say bye, I said, ‘Man, if only everything was that easy!’

- Verified patient on 8/19

Very nice young lady. My Covid test was performed in my van. I did not go inside your facility. I highly recommend CompuNet on Derr Rd. Springfield Ohio! Thank you!

- Verified patient on 9/16

This was so covienient and so well done, not at all like the mass lines shown on TV. I hope to never need another Covid test but if I do, this is where I will go.

- Verified patient on 12/24

The Lady came straight out to the car after we spoke on the phone regarding my Grandson’s COVID 19 test. She was considerate of him having to get a Q-tip stuck way up his nose and being uncomfortable. She was quick but careful to keep track of the time the Q-tip was in his nose(10 seconds as required). I would definitely go back to that office again because of the way the lady treated us.

- Verified patient on 2/24

Quick easy covid testing. Appointment made online, confirmed online, the only hiccup was phone number went to voicemail when I arrived to wait in parking lot. However within seconds tech texted me that she was on her way out to see me. Took less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived to completion even though she thoroughly explained everything.

- Verified patient on 10/22

My experience was good and I was glad that Chris was the one that administered the test. She is also my favorite Is phlebotomist.

- Verified patient on 2/20

The ladies were very friendly and helpful. They definitely had my best interest in mind when I needed to utilize their office for my medical testing needs.

- Verified patient on 2/2

I did an outside COVID test, so I didn’t see the inside of the facility. But all in all the staff was friendly and the experience was great.

- Verified patient on 10/21

Just had a curbside Covid test for a surgical procedure. It was quick from beginning to end. The nasal swab was not what I expected. A little burn but a lot of tickle. 10 secs and done! Easy!

- Verified patient on 3/15

Phlebotomist was very good, Only problem was a test - H. Pylori Urease Breath test - was unavailable so I will need to get that as soon as possible.

Springfield Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
