I came in caught off guard with the new system and the nurse chichi explained it to me. She is such an awesome person. I'm not tech savvy and I also learnt it's a different app from the epic. Nurse chichi explain the difference all I. The mean time she did my vitals

To the Owner: please remember that your front line people represent your Center as a first impression. If you call and the receptionist gives you a negative attitude bbecause you asked a question that required more than a yes or no answer, she sighs and says "ok, I'll check" you already get the impression that this is not a top notch Center willing to find the the information you are requesting without sounding like it is an inconvenience. Is an online check in a feature you offer? I cant tell. Your web site mention in one ad but not another and your staff doesnt mention it. Your front line people must be equally receptive to telephone and in person inquiries. They need to realize that they work for the patient and family foremost. Also, if you have been referred to an online schedule to see which doc or PA or NP is working, then it should be much easier to locate and it should be user friendly to decipher. It is not difficult to design a simple staff schedule intended to assist patients rather than one designed for staff. Since you are listed as primary care, your patients should be able to find out if "their" doctor is on duty, quickly and easily. With a few changes, your Center could be consistently rated 5's. I have been a nurse manager most of my career so I hope you see my suggestions in the positive light they were intended. A little privacy at the check in desk would also be appreciated by most patients. Thank you for providing space for patients & families to comment.
