Urgent care

Called at 9am for an appt, know my son had pink eye. All options around 11am were available, took 11am appt. Showed up at 10:50. App said 2nd in line. Proceeded to hear 4 names called ahead of me. Waited over 1 hour to be called back. Waited another 40 minutes in the room for the nurse practitioner. Was pink eye. Easy to see and diagnose, I just needed an antibiotic prescribed. Nurse was in less than 2 min. Nearly two hours for a 60 second diagnosis. Sure it was triage issues but was still very frustrating. I have experienced things like this at this urgent care before and it is the main reason I am not using them as my primary care provider. Staff was very friendly.

The staff were very pleasant and I was escorted into a private room to wait. My only complaint I guess would be that I waited an awfully long time in that room. However, when I got up to leave because my company was arriving at home, the staff came to my rescue and sent someone to help me.
