I understand there were a lot of priority cases that came into the clinic today. Even though staff was stretched beyond capacity due to circumstances out of their control, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was just as friendly and understanding as well. I appreciate the care they all gave to me.

My doctor's office had to reschedule my appointment last minute, but I really need to be seen. I looked online and was able to schedule an appointment right away and head in. Unfortunately it was about a 40 min wait until I was called back, but I get it, things happen and it causes schedules to get out of whack. The medical assistant who took me back to be seen was wonderful and so apologetic about the wait. I saw Travis as my provider and I really trust his knowledge. He has a great bedside manner and seems to care about his patients.

Mikaela brought me back right away, and was professional, friendly, and efficient. Cindy walked me out and was great with follow up info. Jacob Price was nice, confirmed it's still just bronchitis and I'm okay. Just a waiting game while I heal.
