I walked in pain and feeling like I was going to vomit with no appt. After the little paperwork they offered me a barf bag. After only a short wait I was put into a room. I felt like I had an UTI so I had to give a sample. After 3 bottles of water & much time I couldn’t. I was vomiting. My nurse kept checking on me. The doctor gave me a shot to stop all my pain & vomiting as soon as I got into the room again. Great service by everyone.

Made an appt for 530. I arrived and they said they wouldn't be able to see me until 630. I understand, an urgent care is busy and unpredictable. However, I didn't get called back until 7 and was not seen by the doctor until after 815. I arrived home at 9 and had left my house at 515. Please schedule less appts or accept less walk ins after appts are full.

Service was great. The receptionist was very efficient and kind to everybody, the doctor. It was excellent and friendly put me at ease, since I was diagnosed with Covid, and the nurse was very kind. I must mention the approach from the young lady that call my name, not the receptionist, but she was rude to me because it's a small waiting room, and this is it predominant angle, white neighborhood, enemies funny, but I was well dressed, and I speak English clearly, but this young lady raise the voice across the hall, asking me in a rude way for my debit card, and when I ask if it was any deductible, because I was the first time I use Medicare she was rude, she goes. I need to check first, but the tone of voice was very rude. I said do not yell at me across the hallway, I approach her on the counter, and she raise her voice like, if I didn't understand, to the point with everybody looked, and I said you do not have to raise your voice to me, I do have an accent, but I do speak. Big difference between the way she talk to me and to the other Anglo and African-American patients. Otherwise, great service is not the first time I visit this facility.

The staff was exceptional! They were considerate and understanding. I did have a long wait time (2hrs) but the place was busy. A lot of sick patients. The staff earned their paycheck today. Other than that it was a very good visit and I feel confident the staff acted in my best interest. Hopefully soon this flu will pass.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Overview of STD Testing in Perry

STD testing is an important part of maintaining sexual health, especially for sexually active individuals in Perry. Many sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are asymptomatic, meaning they do not show noticeable symptoms, making regular testing essential. People with multiple sexual partners or those who engage in unprotected sex are particularly at risk, but testing is recommended for anyone who is sexually active. STD testing in Perry can detect a range of infections early, allowing for timely treatment and reducing the risk of serious health complications such as infertility, cancer, and the spread of infections to others. Local testing options in Perry often include urgent care centers, primary care providers, community health centers, and at-home test kits.

Who should get tested for STDs?

Anyone who is sexually active, especially those with multiple partners, should consider regular STD testing. Testing is also recommended for individuals who engage in unprotected sex or have symptoms of an STD.

Is STD testing confidential?

Yes, STD testing is confidential. Results are shared only with you and your healthcare provider. Many clinics also offer anonymous testing options.
