Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

Came in feeling so sick and weak. Dry sore throat and aches. Tests came negative so that was the end of the care. Gave some unhelpful tips to take allergy medicine and use some steam. Should’ve just stayed home. The lady that did the test was very kind though.  But definitely wouldn’t go back.
