Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

Woke with Stye that needed some attention. Visited Live Urgent Care for the first time in Spotswood, NJ, and had a very pleasant experience. As a "walk-in," I was greeted immediately, my paperwork was processed efficiently, and I was seen and treated by the PA after a short wait. The facility is new, clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you for your attention to people who need to bypass the wait time for an appointment with their regular GP!

It is a convenient location and I had no problem booking the early appointment I needed online. There were very few people there. The medical advice was fine. I couldn't help but notice that the floor in the exam room was dirty and I was first (or second) patient of the day. If I needed to, I would go back - convenience counts when you're sick.

Overview of STD Testing in Brick

STD testing is an important part of maintaining sexual health, especially for sexually active individuals in Brick. Many sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are asymptomatic, meaning they do not show noticeable symptoms, making regular testing essential. People with multiple sexual partners or those who engage in unprotected sex are particularly at risk, but testing is recommended for anyone who is sexually active. STD testing in Brick can detect a range of infections early, allowing for timely treatment and reducing the risk of serious health complications such as infertility, cancer, and the spread of infections to others. Local testing options in Brick often include urgent care centers, primary care providers, community health centers, and at-home test kits.
