I was not feeling well. And found live Urgent care. I was able to easily get an appointment. I walked in and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She too my insurance and identification and then 5 minutes later I was in a room where the nurse immediately took my vitals and asked me what was going on. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She completed her tasks and right away did a Covid and strep swab. Within minutes the doctor came in and talked to me about my symptoms and checked my breathing and then my ears, nose and throat. She was very thorough and had an awesome bedside manner. I felt she was thorough and professional and I am very confident in her diagnosis. She immediately got me on meds and offered suggestion to help ease my sinus pain. So I highly recommend this urgent care. It was a very easy and helpful experience.
