Have been battling a cough and congestion for a few days and was encouraged to visit urgent care to get checked out. Had prior experience at this center with no issues. Walked in around 11:30 was checked in by about 11:45. It took them two hours just to bring me back and another hour to be seen by the physician on duty. Care was fine as well as prescribed medications but the length of time to get seen was atrocious.
