I was able to get a same day appointment the day after Thanksgiving. So the fact that they were even open was really wonderful. The Dr. and nurse were also stellar. They took the time to understand my concerns and were able to come up with a plan that works for me until I can see my PC.

I came home from work and my daughter was complaining of a sore throat. I was able to get an appt within 1 1/2 hours.  I called and asked if they could get her in sooner.  The lady that answered the phone was very nice. She said they had appts but could get her in sooner than the appt time.  I got her checked in and we were back in the patient room quickly. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The dr had good bedside manner and was polite. The facility was clean.

Walked in after leaving work early due to sore throat and URI symptoms. Check-in staff was great and efficient. Very short wait as no clients in waiting area. The clinical staff member was rather unpleasant. She did not address me by name nor introduce herself by name or title. She was not kind or friendly in any way. Not sure what was going on in her life that she directed it toward others. The PA was very professional and did a thorough exam, explained findings and recommendations. Overall, the experience was fine. Hope the nurse or assistant's day improved.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
