I thought that the Apex group was very nice, and very sharp. I had the issue a few weeks that was treated by another clinic. Helped but said to go to an ENT. That would have been January. Beth gave me 3 different prescriptions that have already helped immensely. . Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgable. Thanks Apex.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Overview of STD Testing in Trotwood

Who should get tested for STDs?

According to the CDC, anyone who is sexually active should consider periodic STD testing as part of their routine health care. This is especially true for individuals who have multiple sexual partners, those who engage in unprotected sex, or those who have been previously diagnosed with an STD. It's also important for pregnant women to get tested as STDs can have serious health implications for both mother and baby.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for STDs is crucial in preventing and treating these infections. Early detection can help prevent the spread of STDs to sexual partners and can lead to more effective treatment. In addition, many STDs do not show symptoms, so testing is the only sure way to know if you have an infection.
