I have been battling a UTI, and woke up in a lot of pain. I was able to schedule an appointment at 7:00am with no issue. My appointment was at 10:00am and, once I arrived, I was back in a room and already checked out by a very sweet nurse by 10:15. I only waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes before my name was called. Everyone I encountered was very kind and professional!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

the office personnel are very nice and knowledgeable. the wait wasn't bad, depending on number of patients. I have been several times and if they think you need the hospital, they let you know. Their care was great!! They are usually busy, so I know there will be a wait. We depend on our Med access here in Roxboro.
