The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Have been to this location previously and this time as  well I was impressed with the whole experience.  The check in was smooth and the staff was very polite and helpful.  The care team was thorough in the questions they asked and very respectful and friendly and reassuring.   This is a great urgent care office - very well run and very well staffed.  I would return if needed. Highly recommend this provider.

It is a tremendous benefit to Urgent Care available whenever we have immediate health concerns. They are always pleasant, efficient, quite competent, and able to diagnose and address our problems with minimal inconvenience and so much more accessible than trying to arrange a doctors appointment.
