Have been to this location previously and this time as  well I was impressed with the whole experience.  The check in was smooth and the staff was very polite and helpful.  The care team was thorough in the questions they asked and very respectful and friendly and reassuring.   This is a great urgent care office - very well run and very well staffed.  I would return if needed. Highly recommend this provider.

It is a tremendous benefit to Urgent Care available whenever we have immediate health concerns. They are always pleasant, efficient, quite competent, and able to diagnose and address our problems with minimal inconvenience and so much more accessible than trying to arrange a doctors appointment.

Smashed my finger under a Kitchen Aid mixer. It immediately swelled, bruised and was extremely painful. Thought I broke it. Waited for 2.5 hours before being seen due to staff shortages that day. Other than waiting, people are always nice and friendly when I utilize the facility.

I highly recommend, The facility was very efficient, clean, spacious and the staff was friendly and attentive. I went in feeling awful with sore throat, congestion, exhaustion, etc. and within a very short wait, I was treated on my way to pharmacy for Rx’s that truly helped,

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!

This was my 1st time here after I sent my husband who was not feeling well. So glad I went after having such a bad earache, but was even happier that I git NP Maria who he had. Sweet, patient and very thorugh. I do not go to doctors unless it's really bad. The staff was nice and polite. I will definitely recommend them.
