I went in with severe pain in my ears. I booked an appointment with ease. The receptionist was very, very knowledgeable of her job which expedited less wait time. The receiving nurse was very nurturing and caring. She treated my illness like it was her own. The Nurse-Practitioner's knowledge was exquisite, and displayed zenith medical knowledge. She was idiosyncratic with my situation. She was caring, nurturing and straightforward. I rate this medical 5-Star. I recommend this facility 100%.

Was bitten by a cat on hand and had bad swelling and pain, the wonderful doctor(I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!!!! She was on duty 12/3 at 2pm!!!!) had really kind and friendly bedside manner, didn't make me feel ashamed for getting bit. She showed me what cleaning solution I should use, quickly diagnosed me with cellulitis, got me a tetanus shot stat, prescribed everything I needed very quickly. The nurse who administered my shot was quick, kind, and nooooo pain!!!! Wonderful! I was so happy and comfortable ! The only complaint is I was able to hear everything going on right next to me, as I was placed in an open space with drapes/dividers(?) and I could hear every detail about the poor guy who had stitches in his face. I feel like that's a violation of privacy and HIPPA? Nonetheless, not much you can do about that, and I appreciated all the care I got!

They were very busy so it took awhile, but that's understandable. The nurse practitioner I saw was great. He was proactive with me due to damaged lungs from covid in 2021. I highly recommend him. I think his name was Craig.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve literally never encountered such a nice set of medical professionals. I had an injury that made me unable to walk, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating with wheeling me around the office. Everyone was kind, the nurse was super thorough in walking me through the procedures, and I’ll definitely be back if I have medical issues in the future.

Getting tested for Tuberculosis

A tuberculosis test identifies whether or not you've ever been infected. It won't tell you whether your illness is current or latent, but it will tell you if you've had this bacterial infection before.

A tuberculosis test can be performed on the skin or in the blood. Neither test necessitates any extra preparation.

During the skin test, the TB test provider injects a small protein called PPD beneath the first layer of your skin. A positive reaction to PPD, which is generated from tuberculosis bacteria, can indicate that you have had tuberculosis. After 48 to 72 hours, the TB test provider will request that you return to the clinic so that the injection site may be thoroughly checked to confirm or rule out a positive result.

During the blood test, the TB test practitioner takes a small sample of blood from your arm with a tiny needle. Following that, your sample is sent to a lab for examination and determination of whether or not you have tuberculosis.

When you have TB symptoms, you should get a tuberculosis test. Fever, chest pain, exhaustion, night sweats, unexplained weight loss, a cough that lasts at least three weeks, and coughing up blood are all symptoms of tuberculosis.

A tuberculosis test may be ordered if you are deemed to be at high risk for tuberculosis. A weaker immune system, contact with people who have tuberculosis, or travel to a country where tuberculosis is common are all risk factors for tuberculosis. Furthermore, some employers, including healthcare facilities, correctional facilities, and people who work or volunteer at homeless shelters, require employees to receive tuberculosis tests on a regular basis.
