This was absolutely best experience I have had at an urgent care facility, from the check-in to being discharged, it was a great experience. I felt everyone cared and sincerely wanted me to get better. Nurse Practitioner Nikidra Arthur was great examining me to diagnose resolution to get me better. She has the best bed side manners and great sense of human. Thanks to the staff for making this a great experience.

I felt Check in was a little too repetitive. Filling out the kiosk first, then filling out the same information paper clipped to clip board. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
