Excellent service provided.  Check-in was speedy and interactions with the medical staff was professional and caring.  After I left, I drove straight to pharmacy where my prescription was there waiting on me.

I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

I walked in without an appointment so I knew it would take a while to be seen. Check in and paperwork we're done easily with my cell phone. Yes, I would recommend them others.

Care delivered was excellent.  Dr Lombardo was very thorough in his exam and explaining my condition, and recommending course of action to treat my condition.  Would highly recommend  him to my family’s d friends.

This is my second time I have gone and they have always been so sweet. I feel so comfortable there, and I always feel so important. They are quick, efficient, and so nice.

All employees- reception, nurse, provider- were excellent. The website makes it so easy to book an appointment and complete paperwork.  Prescriptions are called in immediately. An excellent experience and more importantly- the treatment has been very effective and my health much improved within hours.

I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

Check_in is a little complicated. Staff helped with all questions. Staff was very friendly. Doctor was a great help. I appreciate their help. It’s not first time Ive used this group .

Staff was pleasant and professional. Scheduling was fine and e-paperwork was easy. Our only issue was with check-in upon arrival. Scheduled appt ahead of time, arrived at our appointment time, checked in with front desk and paid co-pay, told we would be called back shortly. Received confirmation of check-in 50 min after appointment time. It’s not an unbearable time to wait but in the moment with a child burning in fever and weak, it felt like an eternity especially seeing later arrivals called back. I do understand some cases are more urgent than others. Staff addressed my concern and called us back within 20 minutes of bringing it to their attention. Front desk receptionist said it was an issue with moving our appointment from one screen to another. We were treated with care and were well on our way within 30 minutes of being called back. Total time 2 hours. Not too bad. Just make sure you receive a text confirmation that you’ve been checked-in.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was seen before 3pm and the prescriptions were supposed to have been sent to the pharmacy but as of 5:40pm the pharmacy still had not received the prescription from the doctor and the pharmacy closes at 6pm.  Won’t be starting the medication tonight.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
