Very short wait.  Staff was excellent.  Quick diagnosis and treatment

Went in with an ear ache and no voice. Nurse did swab for Covid, flu, and strep nurse practitioner came in and said I had Covid. I left there and did two other test with the same exact test used at the facility and the test were negative. They were ran by nurses as well. I went back to the facility to talk to them about it and the nurse was very defensive and would not give me another test even though I showed her the two negative tests that I just received. This is not good because I’m staying with a family member at a hospital and I was unable to go back due to the fact that I had a Covid diagnosis. I had to get another doctor to retest me so that I could go back. Test was negative so your facility let me walk out of there with a false positive and would not retest. I am not happy. Retested again today still negative.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I hate when my kids aren’t feeling well but the staff here always helps to get them back to feeling well!

This was my first time taking my daughter to this urgent care. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the promptness in which we were sent!
