I have nothing but good things to say about priority urgent care. This is my fourth time driving all the way from New Haven and everytime IT WAS WORTH IT. Friendly staff. Clean environment. No wait time and the doctor was so attentive and empathetic to my concern's🥹.VERY SINCERE AND GENUINE as I know bs when I see it. Lol. Hands down! The best urgent care in Connecticut. Yes! Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The doctor the very unprofessional, snarky. And kept going on about my symptoms on what he “thinks” rather than facts, then gave me attitude over wanting a xray stating “if you want radiation then fine” when i asked about a full panel he acted as if it was coming out of his pocket to pay for me. This isnt the first time he has acted like this either. He does not seem like he wants to be there or deal with the patients. He also does not want to find out what is the cause of why someone is sick he rather just go off of what he thinks. Everyone else that was their nurses staffing besides the doctor they were all great!
