I went in due knee injury from a bike wreck. Easy making an appointment and got right in and was only to here little over an hour and that included X-ray..the Dr give me a slip for work. But work said no due to 90% of day was to be sitting and all I needed was sit as needed...so waiting on Dr to rewrite the paper so I can go back to work as I can't afford to miss any work I will return here for any other issue

Walked in off the street, filled out the paperwork, waited for a few minutes and was taken back and had my vitals taken and then put in a clean pleasant room. I barely sat down and I was immediately seen. A very nice assistant saw me and diagnosed the problem and wrote me directions and I was escorted to the door. I was told have to have a good day and I left. I would return and recommend to someone else.😊

From my phone conversation with receptionist, the ease at scheduling appt, the quick response time for that appt, I was already impressed. Wait time at the office was minimal; Katherine (ARNP) was so caring, gentle and kind. She listened to everything I told her, and made the decision for me to have X-RAYS taken. After having this procedure done, Katherine came back into the room and made some great recommendations for me to follow through with. The medical professional I saw Julia Ferrara PA was great. The front desk receptionist was nice but not very professional talked about morning gossip. I heard someone (staff) I was first patient and was told no one was here yet and had to wait ( I was early so that was fine) coughing terribly in the back of the office - he or she sounded awful and for an urgent care didn’t like hearing that. Maybe should have stayed at home like I did.
