I had been feeling bad (sinus drainage, cough, headache, fatigue, aches) since Dec 9th. I thought I was feeling better by Dec 19, and then Saturday Dec 20, started feeling bad again. I decided to find out what was going on and chose to visit Mercy Urgent Care. I was greeted promptly and told to begin check-in at the kiosk. Once I was called back - Jennifer Speller came in to examine me. She was awesome! She prescribed some meds to make me push through and actually begin feeling better. I would definitely return and recommend my friends and family to go there if they needed good care. The only problem I experienced actually happened the following day. I called back with a question about the dosage of one of my prescriptions. The woman who answered the phone said she would ask and call me back. Now, 4 days later - she never called back.

Considering that I wasn’t feeling well I couldn’t have been more pleased from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the check in and care of staff. Will definitely go back if the need presents its self. I highly recommend if u aren’t feeling this is the place to go.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
