Drove up with sore throat and minor congestion with cough. Staff was wonderful. The only down side was had to fill out the same information 3 times, once on iPad, then my cell, then their app with cell. Got prescription called in and was ready by afternoon. Three days later doing much better.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy.  The check-in process was easy as well.  The staff was courteous.  My issue with this visit was the extremely long wait to get seen and even longer wait for the doctor to finally come to see me.  The nurses were friendly and helpful.  There weren’t a lot of patients there myself and two others.  This visit was just unusually long and frustrating.

I love how easy it is to schedule appointments. The Drs and nurses are wonderful and I have recommended Urgent Care to my friends and family

This place is the best so friendly and fast. They always make sure my daughter is taken care of when we go and she’s not scared like she is other places and they really listen to the things that are wrong .

Walked in and was seen right away. The entire staff was super friendly. When you’re not feeling the best, to know that someone cares, will make you feel better almost instantly. Thanks and kudos to the staff for taking great care of me.

I had been trying not to to go to the doctor however so many people in my office been sick I wasn’t shaking this cold. Scheduled online with ease checked in online. A when I arrived they collected my co pay an in less than 15min was called in the back a then I saw the doctor whole time spent there maybe 45 min. The doctor was great he sat down and listened and asked if I had questions and my thoughts an it was greatly appreciated. Definitely would recommend.

I was able to schedule my appointment for the same day. I got in and seen then my medicine sent to the pharmacy in less than an hour. The provider made me feel like I mattered and she was awesome

Both my kids came in today with a persistent cough and phlegm and the nurse practitioner Selina was very attentive and great with the kids. She helped ease their fear and talked them through everything she was doing. Thank you for the great care and patience!

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

I did not feel well for a few days and then woke up with a terrible sore throat and no voice.  I was able to make an appointment that morning and was in and out quickly with a prescription called in.  The entire office was so nice and I’m feeling much better a couple days later.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and thorough.

I’m still sick actually worse today chest congestion, sinus pressure but she basically said let it run it’s course after 50.00

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Had a scheduled appt , intake was fast and everyone was very nice and professional !
