I had a very swollen arm with redness and fever. Scheduled appointment on-line. Easy and got appointment fast, checked in and saw Doctor within 20 minutes. Staff friendly.

Scheduled my appointment through Solve whiich is always quick and easy. I believe I waited a total of 7 minutes in the waiting room before my son was seen by a nurse practioner and she was amazing. She answered all my questions.

We waited to be seen by a physician for almost an hour after our appointment time. The room we were in had leftover food from someone else, but the staff was nice.

Very professional & considerate with us.answered all our concerns & fears concerning my husband’s health needs .

These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !! Thank you for your service ❤️. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The front desk staff was super amazing and welcoming and willing to help… great first time experience there! The Dr was amazing as well answered all questions nd was very good at explaining everything. Overall an AMAZING experience!!!

The wait takes a little while but honestly that’s to be expected when you’re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. Only thing I would recommend is to turn the tv down in the lobby. When you’re ill and or having a headache all day the last thing you want to hear is the tv blaring. Thanks bunches ladies

Let me start by saying I have always loved little spurs this is my first apt where I felt like my concerns weren’t listened too. My daughters had symptoms for 3 days so I brought her in, booking was great online. Apt at 2:40 check in at 2:25 and didn’t be seen until almost 3 and a walk in that came in after my daughter was seen before us. Made me feel like my daughter’s breathing wasn’t a concern to them. After we got back the nurse practitioner was very quick with us. I explained my concerns for Rsv and she dismissed them quickly. Instead of willing to do a test just to be 100% sure. Rsv is very scary for toddlers/babies so I assumed she’d do a test just to be sure. But unfortunately the concerns were I felt dismissed. I explained to her my daughters cough was not barky like croup, my son has had croup before so I understand what that sounds like. My daughter has had rsv and the symptoms she had today were very similar to her symptoms last time. That is why I was so concerned. I feel like since my daughter is 2 it could’ve been taken more seriously.  When I left the nurse practitioner was also leaving and that made me feel like she was rushing our apt because it was time for her to leave.

Had a sore throat for days. I always get strep throat. Most common strep test came out negative so swabbed for a test that tests more strains but results take a day or two and it is Friday! While waiting for my strain test to come back and after exam prescribed antibiotics and throat spray. Fast friendly service which is much appreciated when you feel so bad. Thanks to all the staff.

My daughter had been physically sick all night we came into the office as a walk in and were seen pretty quickly I enjoy the ease of having our info saved for future visits. The staff is always friendly but this last visit I felt like the Dr overseeing my daughter’s care had been dismissive of my concerns for her. I provided her medical history and my concerns for her wellbeing and it felt like everything I said he had something to dismiss about it as if I wasn’t being truthful. I’d like to add that because the dr overseeing her care didn’t bother to do any testing my daughter ended up in the hospital for 8 days to treat a kidney infection after her symptoms were dismissed as a stomach virus she suffered an additional 3 days before we decided to take her somewhere else for a second opinion because she wasn’t getting any better. If I was aware of how to file a complaint on him I would!

Accessibility and ease of making appointments online is wonderful. Unfortunately, making the appointment seems unnecessary as the wait time with appointment is pointless. Queality of care from staff is great. The staff is very educating and encouraging. Thank you
