So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

Scheduled an appointment overnight and was able to see a practitioner first thing in the morning.  The wait was nonexistent, the location was incredibly clean and inviting, and the staff were lovely and helpful.  Highly recommend!

I had scheduled an appointment after work, I was checked in quickly with the online set up, then called back and triaged, Provider came, got an xray, Provider set up a care plan and done, overall about 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and efficient.

Everything is easy and quick.  Staff is great and so pleasant.  Provider knew exactly what to do.  Co pay is less than a visit to my primary.  Please keep this location open.  We need it.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Scheduling was easy, and check in fast. The Staff and PA who saw and treated me today was wonderful. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Care was exceptional ! Got right in and was treated to hot tea and lemon! Everyone was delightful and caring! They diagnosed me quickly and was back home I ! Please make a note of the following text: "The overall scheduling process was great, as usual. The check-in process met the usual high standards with friendly front desk staff. The nurses were good. However, the doctor who saw me for only 30 to 40 seconds seemed disinterested and uncaring. He didn't seem to put in any effort and barely listened to me when I tried to explain how sick I was feeling. I didn't even get the chance to tell him about my episodes of cold sweats, trembling, cramps, and nausea. He walked in and out of the room while I was still talking. He refused to consider the possibility that I might have been exposed to something dangerous. I have always been more than happy with Indigo; they have some of the most impressive people I've ever met in the medical field. As a CNA and a massage therapist for 30 years, that says a lot! If this were my first experience, I would be on Yelp, Google, etc. Warning everyone to stay away and avoid, if possible, the whole organization! I would recommend that you not allow your wonderful reputation to be destroyed by this person!"

Was able to schedule online and for a time that worked best for me. Also was able to fill out questionnaire online in advance, which saved time.

I LOVED my first visit with Dr.Sarah Phillips.She is an amazing and sweet person to get along with especially for myself as a new patient.I will recommend her to any of my friends and families.The whole staff in the clinic along with the receptionist are tremendously amazing.

I was encouraged by coworkers to come to this location for my issue with my wrist and I wasn't disappointed. I was able to make an appt without a problem and everyone involved was great. I've never been to this location before but I would recommend it. Check things out for yourself and ask questions.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
