9/18/23 FirstCall does it ALL. In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. Thank You to Everyone who works here and helped Me, Especially PA-C Beth Steinberg. Thank You GOD BLESS EVERYONE 🙏...... Update: 9/26 Today Went back to FirstCall for blood work and physical and Got the Same EXCELLENT SERVICE. I would highly, HIGHLY Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE.... I cut my knee down to the bone, and we have a baby on the way and I was afraid I'd have to go the ER and spend a million bucks. Thankfully the doctors here were able to fix this for me and were AMAZING, and they were able to do everything for only $290 with the self pay discount. They answered the phone nicely and got me honest transparent pricing costs when I asked. John Geno was excellent at doing the stitches, really good skill, it didn't hurt at all even though this cut was down to the bone and hurt like crazy originally. This is a high quality clinic and when I had a time of emergency/need, they didn't take advantage at all, they gave high quality medical skill/service at a totally reasonable cost. And again, John's one of the nicest doctors I've ever talked to. Nurses were nice. Highly recommend!!

This is my favorite place to get urgent care for my kids! Always nice and courteous staff members, clinics have always been cleaned and they provide masks for everyone, even kids sized!

I've been to ExpressCare in Mt. Airy many times for both myself, my spouse and my children. The front staff is helpful, and the providers are kind and thorough.

Best experience Ive had in a medical facility.. better than even going the the hospital for non-emergency care. Excellent wait time, you get to see a real Medical Doctor and they treat you like you were at a hospital.. taking blood pressure and etc. Awesome! The price is very reasonable too and especially for someone like me having to pay out of pocket since my insurance doesn't kick in until next month. Overall definitely would refer family and friends there first and foremost!!!
