9/18/23 FirstCall does it ALL. In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. Thank You to Everyone who works here and helped Me, Especially PA-C Beth Steinberg. Thank You GOD BLESS EVERYONE 🙏...... Update: 9/26 Today Went back to FirstCall for blood work and physical and Got the Same EXCELLENT SERVICE. I would highly, HIGHLY Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE.... Had a very brief wait on my visit today. Everyone was friendly and doctor took care of my issue.

This is my favorite place to get urgent care for my kids! Always nice and courteous staff members, clinics have always been cleaned and they provide masks for everyone, even kids sized!

Excellent Service, I had a stop by at Dulles Airport, had to drive there before catching my next flight. Told them the issue, they checked me in in few minutes. Received a prescription and I was out in 45 minutes. I advise them for travelers. They are only 15 minutes away from Airport, very good service. All electronics, only few pages that I had to fill, good place for travelers who don’t know where to go when sick in Washington DC Dulles Airport surrounding!

I interacted with the receptionist, a technician, and a doctor. All were very friendly, very reassuring and very professional. There was no waiting time at all...in the time it took the receptionist to help me register, the technician was waiting for me. The staff was extremely helpful and gave me quality time ... answering every question. I highly recommend if you can not get in to see your regular physician!

I went in for a stye on my eyelid, was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The PA was friendly and understanding, had a background in eye care and wrote me a prescription with a full explanation or after care. The front desk staff is not particularly personable, but whatever.
