Due to the fact that I had a fever and possibly covid, was referred to the Choice One Urgent care on Rock Spring Rd, Forest Hill, MD. I was seen by Dr. George LaRocco who was concerned due to my age, covid test positive, symptoms, and chest x-ray showing some pneumonia. He sent the necessary paperwork to the new UMS monoclonal antibody infusion experimental program. They accepted me and I was seen the very next day for treatment. Upon completion of the infusion all vitals seemed good, experienced one reaction on the way home and that was a spiked fever and extreme body shakes. After approximately an hour or so, things settled down. It is 2 days post infusion and I am feeling better, fevers are down and almost gone, other symptoms have improved as well. I want to personally thank Dr. LaRocco for taking that extra time to get me into this program since it likely kept me out of the hospital. Very long wait but not the staff fault only one nurse working 1 front desk attended who was great and only noticed one dr not sure his name but he was great as well

The provider Kelly Reed was excellent and superb in her job. Very detail in what the patient has.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

I interacted with the receptionist, a technician, and a doctor. All were very friendly, very reassuring and very professional. There was no waiting time at all...in the time it took the receptionist to help me register, the technician was waiting for me. The staff was extremely helpful and gave me quality time ... answering every question. I highly recommend if you can not get in to see your regular physician!
