I woke up yesterday not feeling well so I went online to schedule an appointment for after work and to my surprise I was able to get something scheduled for the same day for the time I wanted. Check in was super smooth, the staff is way better now that Atlantic health took over, I was a bit hesitant to come back here because of a bad experience last time but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice every one was. The staff was great. I got quick care and a thorough run down of what was going on. I’m happy to say I will go back if I need their service again. Thanks guys!

Just what I wanted and on time

The medication I received was to strong and I have been sick from it. I am currently waiting for a call back from the doctor to prescribe a different medication

Took my daughter, 14, to AM/Pm urgent care Tuesday, It was fast and efficient! And guess what, they have an xray tech going in their clinic? 😱 and you don’t have to wait 4 hours to get discharged?  The next day, I took my son who is three years old for the same symptoms. I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
