The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Thank you everyone.

It was incredibly easy. I was out of state and my husband was back home and not feeling well.  I was able to schedule the appointment for him online and complete his registration paperwork so that everything was ready for him.  It was great service.

Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The doctor was lovely and friendly. She understood my concerns with how I was feeling and offered alternative solutions.  I was however concerned with my intake nurse. When taking my temperature they did not put the protective cover on the probe and I did not notice until they handed it from me and put it on my mouth. They then just set it aside and used the head thermometer. They were very uncomfortable asking my weight and when my last menstrual cycle was. They complained of having a “killer headache” which while i understand it should not be followed up with taking you to an exam room and saying “it’s a good thing you’re wearing a mask” while putting what I assumed to be an air purifier on. From my prior experiences I have always had nurses wear gloves when completing flu/covid/strep or any other kind of tests and on this occasion that was not that case which I found to be odd as well but I am unsure of what the proper protocol is for that as well.  Again the doctor was great and understanding. The nurse while they could have been sick or have some underlying issue, which is understandable was definitely not a typical experience I could move forward without commenting on. While I would typically say something in the moment it was a very uncomfortable situation.

About Professional Ear Wax Removal

Dirt, bacteria, and other small particles that could irritate your ear canal and cause hearing loss are shielded by ear wax. On the other side, too much ear wax can obstruct your ear canal and cause hearing loss. Knowing how to safely and effectively remove ear wax can help you safeguard your hearing and ear health.

Why do we have ear wax?

Ear wax is a natural substance that protects your ears by trapping microscopic debris like dust and bacteria that might otherwise injure them. According to the National Library of Medicine, ear wax also protects the sensitive skin inside your ear canal from water-related irritation (NLM).
