I was able to easily schedule my appointment online before leaving home. When I arrived the front desk let me know they were running 30 min behind the appointment schedule. I ended up waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be called from the waiting room. The triage nurse collected a covid/flu swab then put me in a room. The nurse practitioner walked in the room and told me my result and her plan. She didn’t seem to have any intent to touch me. I mentioned that my asthma also was also a concern. That finally prompted a physical exam. She offered me an asthma medication that is already on my home list, updated in triage. I don’t think this provider reviewed my medical history or medication list. I don’t think I would have gotten a physical exam if I hadn’t spoke up.

Walked In without an appointment, hoping to be seen for a terrible sore throat. The staff was super attentive and had me in, tested, resulted, and out in a very timely manner. Thank you for working me into your schedule.

Dr care was awesome. He is always friendly and attentive. He makes sure patient understands instructions and test results. Medical assistant needs to be alittle more involved in personable with patients.

Your software stated there were 0 ppl in line but when I got there, 6 ppl were ahead. Not a big deal, but I'd like the people in line description to be relatively accurate. Outside of that, everything was great!

Booking online was easy. But why have that option to do that if Im still going to have an hour to be seen ? staff was nice as well, dr was nice. the wait time was the only problem

Scheduled a 3:30 appointment at like noon so thankful there was an opening! Wait was short and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. Staff and NP were great.
