Went to urgent care with dog bite. Was seen almost immediately. My wounds were treated & a prescription called in to the pharmacy. Always receive excellent care at this facility!

The office was clean the staff were respectful, fast, and sufficient. They handled with care and got right to the point no hassle no false diagnostics they knew exactly what they were talking about. My favorite was Dr. Julia Smith she was relatable, smart, caring and honest. I highly recommend.

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

After being told by my heathcare provider (Virtua) via a "mychart" message that I had to IMMEDIATELY see a doctor at an urgent care (at which none of Virtuas had any openings!) we got an appointment at Carbon Health within 15 minutes. I have been to 3 other Urgent Care sites owned by 3 separate providers over the last couple of years and yours is by far the best. Thank you!

I woke up this morning and decided I needed an urgent care visit because it felt like I had something in my eye since yesterday.  I tried to help it myself but woke up and still felt something in there. I went to Liberty Urgent Care’s website to schedule the first available appt at 9 am.  By the time I went through all the prompts, that appt was no longer available I chose 9:15 am.  I got to the office at 9 am, easily checked in and filled out paper work.  I wasn’t taken back until 9:45 am and overall it didn’t seem very busy.  It seemed like I waited a while for the doc to come in and see me.  The time with the doc wasn’t all that long, but he was very helpful and I received excellent care, as I always do anytime I visit.  I went out to my car at 10:11 am and straight to the pharmacy to have my prescription filled.  I have recommended any friend or family member, that needed an Urgent care, to go to Liberty and I will continue to recommend Liberty.

I had a left arm rash, walked in and was taken care of quickly. Walked out with prescription and done. No complaints! Thank you 👍

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Everything about my visit was amazing. Everybody worked so good together and the care I received was over the top. Thank you guys so much!

I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

Great place to be seen quickly and efficiently.  This was my third visit.

I called in and asked if I needed to make an appointment or could just walk in for a pre-employment drug screening and was told I can just walk in so I did so about an hour after my call. The wait wasn't very long and everything was smooth and easy and the people were very nice and professional.

This was my first time there,I was very impressed. Everyone was so professional and kind. The building is really nice,excellent waiting room.

Walked in with my sick daughter with no appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Nurse Scott had excellent bedside manner- he put my daughter’s fears to ease. We were in and out with a test result within 25 minutes.
