Woke up Sunday morning with itchy scratchy throat, I felt that I needed to have it checked out, to make sure was not COVID or Flu, thank goodness it was not, just an upper respiratory.    I will definitely return, so close to my house.

Fast Pace Health in Oakland is absolutely outstanding! Thought I had COVID symptoms as I had a VERY hard time breathing so I just walked in. Wait time was very short for a walk in. All personnel were very professional and extremely helpful. Went over and above what I expected. Tested negative for COVID but they ran several other tests to help diagnose my breathing problem. Normally I don’t give high reviews but they were outstanding in every way. Would most definitely highly recommend this health care facility.

The doctor listened to my concerns and had wonderful bedside manner with my daughter. She was patient while I had my other children in the room. I especially appreciated being able to get her medicine while at her appointment. That was so convenient and allows me to just get my sick kiddo home in bed.So happy Chattanooga has this option!

From now on I will ONLY go Ascension Urgent Care. The staff, Drs, and nurses go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give the best medical advise. Not once did I feel judged and they truly do care. I will bring my kids and family without a question. Ad an older pregnant mom, they were so helpful. Above and beyond any other clinic and ER. Thank you, Ladies!

The staff (Lynn especially was awesome!!) and the Dr were great. Despite a laptop that died, confusion over logging in and jumping back to finish they never acted as if I was a bother. They were quick, thoroughly answered my questions, were respectful of my concerns and needs. The tele dr (Ms. Burrs(?) ) gave me further to dos if this doesn't help since it had been going on for a few months. Encouraged me to not lift over 5lbs but understood as a farmer....that probably wont happen. She also understood pain meds won't help me as I am a young widow with kids so...no drowsy momma here! Meds she recommended will keep me aware but I can do tylenol not others like ibuprophen or naproxen. REALLY enjoy and prefer the tele visit. No diesel used, no wasting time driving there and back and no dealing with finding a spot to park my big ol truck. :) All wins!! Also, it is Memorial Day and cvs is closed so I called back and they are sending it over to walgreens! Yay! Thank you Lynn at Cookeville and Hermitage tele Dr Burrs!!

We were a walk-in appointment referred by our pediatrician. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and had a great manner. We will come here any time we need an urgent care for our kids? They were considerate and kind and also had our son’s hand Xrayed and splinted quickly.

This was a wonderful place!!! They went above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable. I love how they talked to them to calm their nerves, and how they explained to them what they were going to do every step of the way. So many people become like robots these days and just go through the motions bc they are overworked and they are tired. Not these folks! They treated us how they would treat a family member. I’m so very appreciative of that. They made my life easier by just being kind to my kids. We need more people like this in our crazy world. I hope they realize what a difference they make and don’t ever change!

Ashley was super awesome and was a total professional, through the whole process. x-rays were the worst and she handled me with kid gloves. Dr. Steve was terrific and so lucky I picked this location, as i was in terrific pain and anguish. thank you to you entire staff for the awesome care!! Julia A.

I’ve been to urgent cares before, but this is very kid friendly! They cater to kids needs and are wonderful. We went in for a possible ear infection, my daughter was even given some snacks to ease the appt. I was in and out very quickly! Highly recommend! Hopefully we won’t be back soon, but if needed we will be back. Online appt set up was easy!

Wait time!!! I always use the Hold My Spot option for appointments however even though I had a 2:00 spot I waited until 3:48 to be called back. Everyone who was on the Walk-in list was seen before I was today. The reason for using Hold My Spot is so that I don’t have to wait almost 2 hours, with a clinic full of sick people, during a pandemic, while a friend graciously babysat my 3 kids…. I feel the quality of care I receive here is always great, which keeps me coming back to this location. Please just honor the “appointment” times better.

I have always had a great experience at this office. The staff is kind and incredible and there has never been a wait time to talk about. This visit, Tonya, was exceptional. She jumped in and helped me complete the waiver I missed while I have my hands full with both kids. I cannot recommend this facility enough!

So attentive and perceptive. We love that we made Urgent Team our Primary Care Place. They always take great care of us. Dr. Ashley has become the kids favorite provider. We can count on the Urgent Team staff to be there for us during the week or on the weekends.

Ever time we go they always have appointments and the staff is always friendly and even though your sick they make u feel welcome and even if when u go to app to Schedule online and it puts one kid in and not the other they say no problem it a easy fix and always have a spot for each kid so thanks to all the staff there for a great experience

The wait was a little long but they apologized for that. I give this facility 5 stars though because they diagnosed my baby correctly. I had taken him to his pediatricians on site walk in the day before and they diagnosed him with a “cold” and sent us home. When I brought him here today he was tested for rsv and was positive. He also had an ear infection. I am so thankful to the nurse practitioner we saw today. Everyone involved in his care today was wonderful.

Wonderful staff! Crystal is so friendly and kind whenever we come by, especially with sick kids who are afraid of covid testing. Mary and Hailey were incredibly welcoming to us and Taryn and Alison were on the ball and made my little one feel right at home! Thank you so much!

I have been here before for myself. However this time it was for my kids. When your kids are sick life is just more upside down than normal. These people were great with them. Even though kids were sick and runny nose was in full effect the staff was still so nice and patient. They got their Covid test for school and I had the results within hours. No Covid but they have a case of the cold. 👏😀😷

Julie is always fantastic with my son, he gets so excited to see her. Fancy made the tests super simple that had to be ran on my kiddo and kept him calm and happy. Shelly was also very sweet with helping Julie get a test on my son that he didn't want but did better than I expected but without this team I know he would have been fighting off every test. This team is amazing. Crystal was the front desk today and professional fast and caring with my check in and concerns.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a medical provider's office, but even more so at a pediatrician's office. The wait time was minimal, the check-in process being digital on your phone was super convenient. I would absolutely recommend anyone with children use this urgent Care. The provider and staff was phenomenal with my daughter. Their main priority was to make sure that she was comfortable. Once her favorite broke and she was ready to play the nursing staff actually played with her, which absolutely stood out to me. She needed some testing that required a urine sample and once again their top priority was to make sure that she was comfortable. I'd also like to make a special note that in a world with covid, if someone has a fever or is showing any signs of covid people seem to shy away or change their demeanor, ever not one single staff member did in our case. Though she was negative for covid, it was nice to see that they still treated everyone equally. Thank you for that.

it was extremely easy. the audio over the video call was not working for some reason but the doctor stayed on the call with me and just called me from her phone so we could hear each other. she listened to all of my symptoms in detail and then let me know what prescriptions she was writing for me and even informed me to use goodRX for coupons. it is definitely an efficient and effective way of going to the doctor for people who have kids, no transportation, or cannot leave work. i only waited 6 mins past my schedules appt time to be seen and it was a 10 min visit!!

My entire experience from booking to check out was so easy. The staff was kind and friendly. The doctor listened attentively and was knowledgeable. I was put at complete ease and felt my child was genuinely cared for. I wouldn’t choose any other after hours pediatric clinic. Thank you!!

The staff was very friendly and efficient in making sure my little one was ok. They answered all my questions and were very patient through the whole process. The wait time was long but sometimes that cannot be prevented. Overall I had a great experience and I will take my kids there always.

Pediatric urgent care specializes in providing medical attention to children facing non-life-threatening health issues outside of traditional doctor's office hours. It's a bridge between regular pediatric appointments and the emergency room, offering a viable option for late-night, weekend, or holiday healthcare needs. These centers work alongside conventional pediatricians to handle mild to serious ailments, ensuring children receive the care they need without the unnecessary stress and often higher costs associated with emergency room visits.

  • Are Bartlett children’s urgent care centers open after hours?

Yes, most children's urgent care centers are designed to offer extended hours, catering to urgent medical needs after traditional pediatrician office hours. These facilities occassionally operate as 24-hour children's urgent care or provide night urgent care services, ensuring parents have access to healthcare for their children during the late hours, weekends, and holidays.

  • How much will a pediatric urgent care visit in Bartlett cost?

The cost of a pediatric urgent care visit in various cities can vary, generally ranging from $100 to $175 for those paying cash, with most establishments charging between $100 and $125 for basic treatments not covered by insurance. This initial cost usually does not include additional services such as medication, vaccine shots, lab testing, and X-rays, which could further increase the total expense. It's important to note that even insured patients may have to make co-payments. For more specific pricing, contacting the local urgent care you are looking to visit directly.

  • What are common services of pediatric urgent care in Bartlett?

Pediatric urgent care centers offer a wide range of services to address common childhood illnesses and injuries.
