I’m here visiting my daughter. Had been sick at home but took meds. My meds ran out and having lots of coughing. The staff was outstanding. My wait time was minimal. I was treated and meds called as well. Excellent job ladies🥰 I would definitely recommend this medical facility.

When checking in, I had to use the pad, which they already had all my information. Too much to go through when it should be the front desk person that should be going through that. Never have to be going through this.Waiting time was terrible. Waited in waiting for sometime. And then when finally in the room I waited for sometime. I was only there for a follow up for my blood pressure. The staff was caring.

Short Wait Time

One of the better experiences I have had at urgent care. My wait was about an hour to get into triage. I was swabbed for three tests that I was told would take 10 minutes. Although it did take another 45-60 minutes for the doctor to deliver the results, I overheard that the staff was overworked, overbooked, and exhausted. They apparently had a very large influx of patients, and as a commercial service worker I understand. Everyone was friendly and thorough, and I believe they did the best they could. They are only human, and they are very nice humans indeed. I had Dr. Bradley Collins. I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name, but she was straightforward and helpful.

I contacted your office bright and early to set the earliest appointment I could my body ate and hurt from the top to my toes. I have severe fibromyalgia and it was attacking me pretty hard today. I never had felt this type of pain before the doctor that I had today was very helpful, understanding he listened to what my problems was and was able to try to help me as best as possible. Recommended that I seek a position at the hospital if the pain continued thank you so much. I will recommend you again in my life. You’re very kind.

Short Wait Time

I was a little apprehensive about my first time at an Urgent Care facility. Needless to say my time their couldn't have been better. From the time I arrived-- I was addressed courteously, completed the admission forms. Then, which was only several minutes I was able to see the nurse practitioner. She discussed with me the purpose of my visit. I was their because I was having difficulty hearing-- both ears were blocked with wax build up. An assistant came in and starting cleaning my ears. The whole process didn't seem to take too long. She did a great job --I COULD HEAR AGAIN !!! All and all it was a very good experience . I think I was in and out in about an hour.

I fail to understand why I had to register online and why I couldn't pay my copay at the end of appointment. The nurse and doctor were kind and efficient. I still have after covid cough. Why weren't steroids prescribed?

About Professional Ear Wax Removal

Dirt, bacteria, and other small particles that could irritate your ear canal and cause hearing loss are shielded by ear wax. On the other side, too much ear wax can obstruct your ear canal and cause hearing loss. Knowing how to safely and effectively remove ear wax can help you safeguard your hearing and ear health.

Why do we have ear wax?

Ear wax is a natural substance that protects your ears by trapping microscopic debris like dust and bacteria that might otherwise injure them. According to the National Library of Medicine, ear wax also protects the sensitive skin inside your ear canal from water-related irritation (NLM).
